These flavorful meals are served in open-air cabanas surrounded by Costa’s spectacular Koi ponds, overlooking Rosewood’s lush gardens and pools. Costa brings the flavors of Mexico to The Bahamas with an inventive take on traditional Mexican dishes, creating a bold culinary experience with local freshness. Lunch is served as antojitos —or “little cravings”— and shareable small plates, while dinner brings ceviches, salads, flautas, tacos, as well as an array Mexican inspired main dishes of from the sea and the farm, which pair perfectly with our bespoke menu of mezcals, tequilas and craft cocktails.
